The purpose of the Videographer position is to create captivating and informative video content for real estate development projects. This role involves conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and integrating graphics to showcase project features and enhance marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

Video Production:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots to capture various stages of real estate development projects, including construction progress, property tours, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and marketing teams to understand project goals and requirements.
• Utilize creative techniques to showcase the unique features, design elements, and selling points of each development.

Graphic Design Integration:

• Develop graphical elements such as site maps, floor plans, 3D renderings, and overlays to enhance video content and provide context for viewers.
• Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing assets that complement the real estate development being showcased.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all graphical elements, maintaining a professional and cohesive visual identity for the project.

Post-Production:

• Edit video footage and graphical elements using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effect) to produce polished final products.
• Optimize videos for various platforms and formats, including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions, ensuring videos align with project objectives and marketing strategies.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with real estate developers, project managers, architects, and marketing professionals to develop creative concepts and storytelling strategies for video content.
• Provide creative input and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices in videography and graphic design.
• Maintain open communication and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Graphic Design, or related field.

Skills

• Indepth knowledge of real estate development processes, terminology, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to create engaging and informative content that resonates with target audiences
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders and marketing teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Videographer: 2 years (required)
