Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's objectives and budget requirements.
- Identify and select reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality products.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and pricing to identify costsaving opportunities and optimize the procurement process.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to determine material needs and specifications for each project.
- Manage the procurement budget and provide regular reports on expenditure and cost savings.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support project timelines.
- Oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to delivery, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a database of suppliers, products, and prices to facilitate efficient decisionmaking.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products to continually improve the procurement process.
