Description
Handover of keys to tenants on due time and ensure a complaint free handover of apartments.

  • Assist the Tenant during the apartment final survey during the handover and list down any maintenance or assistance required.
  • Communicate with the head office about the tenant request received during the handover of apartment.
  • Verify the apartment wear and tear during the leaving of the tenant.
  • Report if any major damages are found.
  • Dispatch & collection of documents.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
