Job summary
Conduct regular physical asset inspections to verify existence condition and location ensuring accurate asset tracking and minimizing discrepancies Manage the asset lifecycle including acquisition maintenance depreciation and disposal to optimize asset utilization and minimize costs Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in the asset management system including detailed descriptions valuations and depreciation schedules Prepare and analyze asset reports providing insights into asset performance utilization rates and potential risks to stakeholders Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance or related field demonstrating strong academic foundation Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Asset Management Professional CAMP or similar showcasing professional expertise Demonstrates years of experience in assets within real estate construction industry exhibiting practical knowledge Exhibits strong understanding of assets accounting principles ensuring financial accuracy
