Key Responsibilities:

Administration and Operational Support:

File, track, and report on KYC noncompliance
Organizing, checking, and updating corporate file checklists and files
Updating Corporate client's database
Ensuring all relevant documents are filed in physical files as well as softcopy
Create reports to track common mistakes and prepare a presentation for training staff on improving the file management process

Accounting Operations:

Assist in accounts reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of petty cash entries in the system
Assist in bank reconciliations
Assist and support the operational reporting and KPI tracking
Assist and support in the operation of the CRM and time tracking system
Assistance in the preparation of Monthly accounting close for client projects, which may include:
Bookkeeping of sales invoices, purchase bills, and expense claims
Preparing the necessary accounting schedules
Doing the necessary VAT reconciliation
Production of management accounts and writeups
