Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daytoday restaurant operations, including food service, customer service, and employee management
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and policies that drive efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards for quality and hygiene
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring a topnotch dining experience
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create an innovative menu utilizing local and seasonal ingredients
  • Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure high service standards are consistently met
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on fine dining
  • CANDIDATE MUST BE IN UAE
  • With a strong background in restaurant operations (fine dining).
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, staff, and vendors
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and food safety standards
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English, French and other languages is a plus.

Benefits:
