Description

As a Bartender at Rock Cuisine Restaurant, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by crafting and serving high-quality beverages in a vibrant atmosphere.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar, and upholding the establishment's standards of excellence.

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of drinks by adhering to proper measurements and techniques.
• Stay updated on current drink trends and recommend new cocktails or beverages to guests.

• Welcome guests warmly and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about beverage options.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns or special requests.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

• Coordinate with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with the bar manager and other team members to provide feedback and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Promote special offers, signature drinks, and seasonal promotions to maximize sales and revenue.
• Upsell premium beverages and encourage guests to try new offerings.

• Previous experience as a bartender in Dubai preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
