    The position is open for our Dubai office.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate strong qualified leads in the market leveraging his/her strong professional network and take them forward in the sales pipeline.
    • Proficient in various facets of business engagement, be it the initial product presentation, workshops, or contract negotiations, exhibiting a strong prowess for ensuring success.
    • Adeptly deploys targeted sales campaigns within their designated sales area, seamlessly incorporating social selling strategies.
    • Serve as the key liaison from the initial contact to contract conclusion with the potential customer candidates.
    • Responsible for expanding the channel partnership in the UAE region.
    • Serve as key account manager to develop existing business relationships and expand sales with existing customers with x-sell.
    • Participating in sales events such as local technology fairs and conferences
    • Proficient working with CRM systems to manage the sales pipelines and other relevant information.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in a technical discipline from top universities, with a preference for graduates in fields such as Industrial Engineering or Computer Engineering.
    • Possess a proven track record of minimum 5 years in corporate software sales, ideally specializing in ERP solutions in the UAE region. (Non-negotiable)
    • Demonstrated expertise in achieving sales targets through consistent success in finalizing software and service agreements with medium to large-scale enterprises.
    • Exude a strong drive to orchestrate and conclude intricate, long-term sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
    • Valid UAE driving license and no restrictions on travel if required.
    • Proficiently fluent in both English and Arabic language.
