As a Sales Manager / Team Leader for our Business Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and leading a team of dedicated sales professionals.

Your primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand our client base.

You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with our business consultants to identify opportunities and close deals.

Your leadership and guidance will be crucial in achieving our sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure individual and team targets are met. Set clear performance goals and objectives for the sales team. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their business challenges and propose suitable consultancy services.
• Sales Process:Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, including CRM updates and sales reports.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with clients. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs.
• Sales Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team. Keep the team updated on industry best practices and product knowledge.

Salary:
AED6, AED7,000.00 per month


Experience:

Sales Manager: 2 years (preferred)
