  • Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing
  • 1+ years of experience in Advanced analytical tools (SQL, Quicksight/Tablues, and automation of reporting through ETL jobs)

To be successful you need to possess strong relationship-building skills and be able to explore win-win opportunities with partners and relevant stakeholders.

Furthermore, you must have superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, working autonomously and taking full control & responsibility for achieving business objectives


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify highpotential selling partners and selection to Marketplace.
  • Effectively prioritize and lead a portfolio of selling partners to realize the product family's opportunities and goals (both Inputs/Outputs metrics).
  • Ensure the right seller is provided the right insight at the right time for the highest impact optimizing their success and grow their business
  • Identify key business opportunities of the assigned categories via spotting popular brands, trends, and pricing and other inputs to ensure managing the portfolio toward a growth plan
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting selling partners' business/Category performance
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to align programs and initiatives to help drive the growth of your selling partners portfolio.
  • Experience within ecommerce or Retail fields
  • Experience influencing crossfunctional teams in a highly matrixed global organization
