Description

1. Support the design of the E2E process thatwill enable Corporate Strategy formulation and update by ensuringfull HOD buy-in

2. Conduct strategy workshopswith HODs and use strong negotiation skills to ensure strategy istranslated into tangible outputs

3. Support inthe development of the market sizing and market/competitive trendsanalysis for Etisalat UAE

4. Perform a criticalreview of the market sizing estimates and market/competitive trendsanalysis across the UAE market prepared by otherstakeholders

5. Perform a critical review ofetisalat by e& functional strategies for the purposes ofinforming the design of the Corporate Strategy

6.Coordinate with executive stakeholders to support the design ofdetailed charters for Strategic Programs thus enabling strategyexecution

7. Work closely and support Finance toensure Corporate Strategy is aligned with Budget/5YSBP bysynchronizing activities and translating strategy into quantifiableestimates

8. Conduct functional alignmentworkshops with key stakeholders to ensure functional/ departmentalstrategies are fully aligned in practical terms with the corporatestrategy

9. Prepare Board related input,including and not limited to: Strategy communication elements,Strategy Board presentation, strategic justification to supportmanagement's proposed financial targets, Board updates onemerging strategy topics etc.

10. Preparestrategy assignments around key topics with deliverables that leadto operational execution and/or facilitates effective managementdecision making

11. Identify the strategy relatedrisks originating from the Corporate Strategy broken down by thedifferent levels of the ERM framework

12. Preparethe Corporate Strategy related KPI dashboard and coordinate withthe Business Performance Team to ensure KPIs are captured as partof HOD/ departmental scorecards
