Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Role Summary:

As a PRO at Provident, you will be a vital part of the Human Resources Department, responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, and liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies.

You will be required to be out of office extensively, move from office to office, and ensure that all transactions are done legally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and give regular updates on all labor and immigration standards from the government offices to keep the HR office well informed for any changes in procedures and rulesSubmit, follow-up and gather all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on timeAssure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up on official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violationsWhen the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities and other government DepartmentsAssist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewalsProvide information, and support the HR department by making recommendations on best practices in order to make the process of getting residency permits faster and more efficientAssist in other HR tasks including medical insurance, NOC letters for students, employees, HR reports, front desk.

Perform any other tasks as per business needs assigned by supervisorQualifications and Skills Required:

Diploma is required, Bachelor degree in any field is preferred2 years experience in similar role & existing strong knowledge of MOHRE & GDRFA systemsExisting network and relationship with Tasheel, Tawjeeh, and Amer ManagersStrong background of The UAE Labor law & Advanced organizational and Administration skillsProficient in English & Arabic: Written & SpokenSolid knowledge of Immigration rules and updated regulations, and hands-on experience of using Immigration online system and issuing all kinds of visasEffective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies About ProvidentSince its inception in 2008, Provident Estate has been a frontrunner in the regional real estate market, holding a commendable reputation as one of the most reliable and top-tier agencies working alongside the world's foremost developers.
