Description
We are looking for high quality, qualified Personal Trainers to join our team in a thriving area in Dubai.


This role includes working shifts and delivering high quality customer service to our members, while working towards KPI's, overall club targets to compliment the department to coincide with the overall club performance.


Qualifications

  • Qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor & Level 3 Personal, or equivalent;
  • Additional CPD Course an advantage;
  • Valid certificate in basic First Aid and CPR;
  • Registered with U.A.E. REPs at Level 3a (Full).

Knowledge

  • A thorough understanding of the correct technique on how to perform a variety of exercises and usage of all equipment situated in the clubs;
  • A good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety procedures.

Skills

  • Possess strong positive, motivational, and interpersonal skills;
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Communicate effectively and have command of the English language;
  • Strong work ethics, confident and professional and integrity;
  • Selfstarter and hold strong organizational skills;
  • Enjoy meeting people and maintain a good rapport with members by encouraging them in regular participation in exercise programs.
  • Flexible to work in the required hours


This is a salary, plus commission-based full-time job, offering employment visas, medical insurance, over-time, annual paid time off, and other benefits, including support in future development.

Up to AED4,000.00 per month
