Description
_2+ years of experience in the same field. Must be preferable FEMALE (Arabic and English) speaking or writing. _
- Greet visitors and attend to their needs.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments.
- Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
- Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
- Assist in handling suppliers' invoices and coordinate with the Accounting Department accordingly.
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks (Phone calls, Printing, Photocopying, Mail distribution, etc.).

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
