About the Company
The Company is a rapidly growing frozen bakery in Dubai catering to HORECA B2B and retails customers across UAE.

About the role

We are looking to hire a self starter and a proactive Quality inspector to join our Quality team to check incoming and outgoing products as well as production procedures.

Duties

Performs regular quality assessments of incoming materials and outgoing products.
Evaluate finished products prior to release, including: inspection for correct packaging, coding & labeling.
Perform corrective actions when HACCP critical limits are exceeded.
Having Experience of FSSC guidelines and Audit documents Requirement.
Ensure all the employees follow GMP inside the Production area.
Maintenance and verification of daily Production and Sanitation records.
Responsible for collecting samples for product retention
Report all manufacturing defects and rejections in the facility to the related department or management.

Requirements:

12 years of experience as quality inspector in a food/Bakery manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP's is preferred. HACCP/FSSC certification is a plus.
A relevant Bachelors degree.

AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
