Responsibilities:


  • Mandatory Car Sales Experience is required.
- supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.

  • They perform typical manager duties, such as organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.
  • Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all newvehicle sales employees.
  • Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the newvehicle sales department.
  • Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.
  • Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing always.
  • Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing


Salary:
AED4, AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

Used Car Sales: 3 years (required)
