Key Responsibilities:

Cost Analysis & Management:


  • Monitor and analyze operating costs, including food, beverage, labor, and overheads.
  • Implement effective cost control strategies and techniques to optimize profitability.
  • Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts to management.

Budgeting & Forecasting:


  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for F&B operations.
  • Compare actual costs to budgeted/forecasted figures and analyze variances.
  • Provide recommendations to management based on financial analysis.

Inventory Management:


  • Oversee inventory control processes, including procurement, storage, and usage.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate stock valuation.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to optimize inventory levels and supplier agreements.

Compliance & Reporting:


  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit regular financial reports to senior management.

Internal Collaboration:


  • Work closely with the F&B management team to control costs and maximize profits.
  • Liaise with other departments to implement costsaving initiatives across the organization.

Process Improvement:


  • Continually assess and improve cost control procedures and methodologies.
  • Implement and maintain internal control systems to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements.

Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month


Ability to Commute:

  • Abu Dhabi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (required)
