    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our busy real estate office as a Secretary/Admin. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and providing comprehensive administrative support to our team of real estate agents.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Detail-oriented and meticulous in all tasks
