The opportunity

You will be responsible for leading and managing a project, or part thereof, under the supervision of your line manager.

You will fully understand and comply with the project execution plan and ensure that all relevant parties you lead and supervise also understand these project objectives in your day to day management of the project.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and be accountable for your scope of works on the project.
Ensuring construction management of multiple contractors engaged on a high profile project at various stages of works.
Engaging in health, safety and wellbeing of the project at all stages.
Participating in planning and monitoring the progress of your projects.
Preparing necessary project plans and keep them updated and relevant over the course of the project including programmes, hand over dates and delivery strategies.
Leading stakeholder communication and management.
Ensuring project budgets are considered.
Ensuring quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored
Leading relevant meetings and site walks and ensure these are suitably recorded
Involving risk management.
Effectively communicating with all project parties' / stakeholders and ensure suitable records are maintained.

About you

You have a construction degree qualification. You are a member of professional construction related body. You possess a solid understanding of infrastructure, utilities, and project management. You have experience managing stakeholders and complying with HSE regulations.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
