Are you an experienced Master Planner who is looking to join a global design firm that values its employees' well-being and longevity?

We are looking for a Master Planner with 5+ years' experience to join our clients' Dubai office where the successful individual will have the opportunity to work on interesting projects across wide-ranging sectors.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30 am pm
Working from home is also possible on some days

The successful Master Planner will be offered:

22, ,000 AED per month (£57,600
£72,000 per annum)

To be considered for the Master Planner role you must have the following:

Master's Degree in Urban Planning / Urban Design or Architecture
5+ years' experience (urban planning or urban design practices; architectural design development and project administration)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Selfdriven individual and team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office, BIM / Revit and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and familiarity with GIS and software of environment analysis.
Mentor the junior members of the team
UAE project experience is not essential but advantageous

As a Master Planner, your role will involve:

To lead and ensure full execution of masterplan and urban design projects
Oversee project management including overall responsibility for resources, time allocation, cost, and quality of project deliverables.
Prepare and present design proposals.
Manage and engage key internal and external stakeholders effectively to drive

- project process, resolve issues and achieve excellence in project deliverables.

Build good relationships with clients.
