Are you an experienced Master Planner who is looking to join a global design firm that values its employees' well-being and longevity?


We are looking for a Master Planner with 5+ years' experience to join our clients' Dubai office where the successful individual will have the opportunity to work on interesting projects across wide-ranging sectors.


Working hours:


  • Monday to Friday 8.30 am pm
  • Working from home is also possible on some days

The successful Master Planner will be offered:

  • 22, ,000 AED per month (£57,600
  • £72,000 per annum)

To be considered for the Master Planner role you must have the following:

  • Master's Degree in Urban Planning / Urban Design or Architecture
  • 5+ years' experience (urban planning or urban design practices; architectural design development and project administration)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Selfdriven individual and team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, BIM / Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and familiarity with GIS and software of environment analysis.
  • Mentor the junior members of the team
  • UAE project experience is not essential but advantageous

As a Master Planner, your role will involve:

  • To lead and ensure full execution of masterplan and urban design projects
  • Oversee project management including overall responsibility for resources, time allocation, cost, and quality of project deliverables.
  • Prepare and present design proposals.
  • Manage and engage key internal and external stakeholders effectively to drive
- project process, resolve issues and achieve excellence in project deliverables.

  • Build good relationships with clients.
