Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with team members and clients.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials.
  • Assist in basic accounting like preparing Quotations/LPO/Invoice/Inquiry/Payroll/Petty cash etc.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate/Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Sourcing new products/materials for future project.
  • Social media and Google ADS management.
  • Assist designer for preparing BOQ.
  • Updating company details on Government portals.
  • Follow up to clients.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the interior design or construction industry is preferred.

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

- secretary: 4 years (required)

- interior fitout: 4 years (required)

- administration: 4 years (required)
