As an Operations cum Estimation Manager at Al Rizq Advertising, you will play a crucial role in overseeing both the operational aspects of our projects and the estimation process to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including production, sales, and project management, to streamline processes and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daytoday operations related to signage production, installation, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and highquality completion of projects.
  • Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate stock levels.
Estimation and Cost Management:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for signage projects based on client requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze project scope, materials, labor, and other factors to determine project costs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop competitive pricing strategies while ensuring profitability.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and profitability targets.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing project updates.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships and repeat business.
  • Gather client feedback and incorporate suggestions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations management, estimation, or project management within the signage industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project requirements and create accurate cost estimates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of signage materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team building and motivation.
