Areputable IT Service Provider Company is currently hiring ServiceDelivery Manager to lead the Network Operations team and be basedin the Selangor

Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

• Over10 years working experience within Network Operations with goodexperience leading ateam
  
• Providedaily, weekly and monthly reporting on the contractual SLAs andKPIs to the customers and managementteam
  
• Driveoptimal operations and continuous improvement of the serviceintroduction process to deliver high-quality service and networkproject deliveryexcellence
  
• Effectivecommunications with the customers to manage expectation anddemonstrate value, underpinned with a focus on continual serviceimprovement
  
• Experiencein the proactive delivery of managed support services withinNetwork Operations, ITIL and Service Managementenvironment
  
• Havingprofessional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL and etc wouldbe addedadvantage
  
• Goodpeople management skills to hire, lead and develop the talentswithin the Network Operationsteam
  
• Goodinterpersonal and communication skills, including written andpresentationskills
