Position Overview:
_

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The accountant will be responsible for generating accounting reports, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize spending._

Responsibilities:_

- _Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable._
- _Generate accurate accounting reports and present findings in a clear and error-free manner._
- _Analyze financial data and summarize the financial status of the organization._
- _Identify errors and propose methods to enhance efficiency and optimize spending._
- _Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant._
- _Evaluate accounting systems and procedures and recommend necessary modifications._
- _Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers._
- _Contribute to the establishment of financial standards and participate in the forecasting process._
- _Provide input for goal setting within the department._
- _Prepare financial statements and create budgets according to established timelines._
- _Assist with tax audits and the preparation of tax returns._
- _Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations._
- _Process transactions, issue checks, and update ledgers and budgets._
- _Prepare financial reports accurately and in a timely manner. _

Requirements:_

- _Bachelor's degree accounting, finance, or any related field._
- _4-5 years of experience in accounting and finance._
- _Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs. _
- _Proficient in bookkeeping software, accounting software, and strong typing skills._
- _Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices._
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- _Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively._
- _Ability to work under pressure._
- _Exhibits a keen attention to detail._
