Key Responsibilities:

Market Strategy and Expansion:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the African market, including identifying growth opportunities, target segments, and key accounts.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to adapt the sales approach accordingly.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a highperforming sales team across various regions within Africa.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance metrics, regularly monitor team performance, and provide coaching and guidance to achieve and exceed goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively promoting and selling our range of auto spare parts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and channels to drive sales expansion and increase market share.

Inventory Management and Logistics:

  • Collaborate closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels, timely deliveries, and efficient distribution of spare parts across the African market.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the senior management team.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve sales strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auto spare parts sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the African market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of the African automotive industry, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the African region.
