Job Description:
The specific role is to work closely with the Head of Fintech Engagement and the Head of Group Digital Partnerships to manage the delivery of Fintech Engagements, liaise with various internal and external teams (business, IT, Fintechs, Regulators), conducting post implementation value analysis and producing & analyzing fintech research reports

Job Requirements:
4-5 years in leading enterprises driving their Fintech engagement / Innovation agendaUnderstanding of the latest technology and business trends in the Fintech spaceUnderstanding the trends in the insurance and regulatory businessesStrong leadership qualities and a peoples person, managing their passion, continuously motivating and empowering them to come forward and develop out of the box thinking
