We are looking for a Tagalog-Speaking Receptionist / Secretary.

Location:
Abu Dhabi


Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications

Preferably Female, Salary and Benefits to be discussed during interview.

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing adhoc administrative duties.

Requirements:
Attested Degree

Pay:
AED2,500.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
