- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company Design's standards of quality.
- Team Management: Manage cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships while effectively managing expectations and addressing concerns.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, implementing strategies to ensure projects are completed within financial and scheduling constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all design and construction activities adhere to the company's design's quality standards and industry best practices, conducting regular site visits and inspections.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability at all stages of the project.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the architectural industry.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design processes, construction methods, and project management principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
