- Develop and deliver courses tostudents in specified discipline areas of study, considering andaiming to achieve the three fundamental standards of theUniversity, those are: Teaching, Research andServices.
- Must be able to provide instructionat various courses and levels within the programareas.
- Evaluate and monitor individual studentprogress and provide feedback to sustain studentsuccess.
- Research, organize and manageinstructional resources, courses outlines, and communitynetworks.
- Actively seek out methods, proceduresand resources to best achieve courseobjectives.
- Support and participate inaccreditation initiatives.
- Contributing to theadministration/management of the UndergraduateProgram.
- Leading, and managing a team to deviseand implement a new and/or revised process including devising newprograms and a recruitment drive.
- Performmiscellaneous job related duties asassigned.
