Description

Responsibilities:


Government Liaison:

Serve as the main point of contact for all interactions with government departments, including General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), Dubai Economic Department (DED), and Free Zone authorities.


Trade License Renewals:

Manage the renewal process for trade licenses, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted in a timely manner to the relevant authorities.


Compliance Monitoring:

Stay informed about the latest UAE laws, regulations, and policies related to company formation, trade licenses, and visa processing.

Ensure all activities are in line with legal requirements and promptly address any compliance issues.


Government Payments:

Facilitate timely payment of government fees, fines, and other financial obligations related to company formation, trade licenses, and visas.


Communication and Coordination:

Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external parties, such as government officials, clients, and business partners, to provide updates on the progress of various processes and resolve any issues that may arise.


Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of company formation, trade license renewals, and visa processing procedures, identifying areas for optimization and implementing appropriate solutions.


Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
