- Liaise between the business, product and R&D teams, eliciting and translating external and internal customer needs into product objectives, identifying possible solutions, and defining and documenting business requirements for new product features
- Knowledge of customer needs, products and services on Cyber Security to be able to comprehend and analyse product features. Cyber Security risk management knowledge is preferred.
- Works with Technical Program Managers, Developers, UX designers, and internal customers to define the details behind the business requirements
Responsibilities:
- Owns and manages business requirements documentation for the Cyber & Digital Resilience products suite
- Coordinates internal intakes to collect and identify featurelevel development opportunities
- Makes use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for a platform product
- Decomposes business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the platform/product roadmap
- Compares features for competitive review to inform prioritization within a platform product release
- Digests business customer requirements (user stories, use cases) and platform requirements for a platform feature set
- Determines release goals for the platform and prioritizes assigned features according to business and platform value, adjusting throughout implementation as needed
- Continuously monitors feature development at the feature level, in coordination with the respective Project Managers
- Identifies innovations that add more business and customer value for a platform product, in coordination with respective product owners.
- Contributes nearterm input for the platform product portfolio and roadmap
- Meets with business leaders to discuss and elicit underthesurface needs and translate them into specific business/project objectives
- Reviews product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature set
- Identifies issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and communicates to leadership
- Supports and participates in postlaunch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature
- Works with internal teams and customer facing & support teams to identify, classify, and prioritize featurelevel customer issues
- Identifies feature risks from business and customer feedback and supports product managers for driving better decisions.
All About You:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, data analytics, mathematics, or equivalent experience
- 58 years prior related work experience in requirements gathering and relationship building with business clients.
- Knowledge of cyber security risk management and general cyber security concepts knowledge is preferred.
- Selfmotivated, problem solver who is result driven and has a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to conduct structured analysis and synthesize large amounts of data.
- Ability to effectively manage cross functional partners while performing multiple functions
- Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to multitask
- Detailoriented with an ability to understand and manage operational processes
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and build credibility, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
