Marketing Executive

Salary Offered: 4,500 AED to 5,000 AED

Duty Timings : 9-6 Monday - Saturday ( Sunday off )

Have to work on weekdays according to business requirement

Key Responsibility Areas

To assist in the marketing activities including awareness, prelaunch/launch plans, ongoing online/offline marketing initiatives, all marketing collaterals, advertising corporate events, exhibitions, loyalty programs, sponsorship initiatives and public relation activities to promote products and services to ensure sales opportunities are maximized
To assist in implementing corporate identity and brand management programs
Responsible and accountable in developing the fabrication/artwork of display props/material
Responsible and accountable for developing all print content for promotions and coordinates files required for printing with the concerned party
Responsible and accountable for sourcing all promotional materials such as signs, stickers, print media/materials
Responsible and accountable for preparing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries of props, promotional Items, printing media/materials to the stores
Coordinates legal documents, permissions and other documents required Manages the supplies effectively to ensure minimum wastage of materials.
To assist in preparing the marketing budget, ensures expenses are within the budget
To assist in researching, analyzing, and monitoring competitor activities in order to capture market trends
Responsible for implementing corrective actions in order to achieve the marketing objectives To assist in evaluating the organization's participation in local and international jeweler fairs, exhibitions and events.
Assist in preparing MIS reports for management decision making

Key Performance Indicator's

Number of delays in Props reaching stores
Number of delays in print materials being printed
Attractiveness of props and print materials
Success of promotional materials
Increase in customer base and sales

Competencies

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media
Requires thorough knowledge of consumer marketing and retail selling
Ability to imagine and project creative ideas and implement in real life situations
Knowledge of artwork, props, promotional materials, media and print materials
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop options and implement solutions.
