    We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to spot A-players fast, hold quality conversations, and make sure candidates are a great fit before they ever meet the client.

    Tasks

    • Source and identify top DTCfocused talent (e.g. marketers, creatives, operations managers).
    • Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms with highquality, personalized messages.
    • Qualify candidates through initial chats or structured calls, assessing both technical skills and culture fit.
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
    • Keep everything organized in our CRM (Airtable / ClickUp) and track candidate status accurately.
    • Collaborate daily with our Customer Success Manager and Interview Manager to align on priorities, client feedback, and next steps.
    • Suggest process improvements to keep our sourcing and matching flow sharp, fast, and clutterfree.
    Requirements

    • Proven experience in recruiting or talent sourcing — ideally within marketing, creative, or DTC industries.
    • Comfortable working with outreach tools, boolean search, and LinkedIn.
    • Excellent communication and writing skills (you'll be messaging a lot of candidates daily).
    • Highly organized and proactive — we value precision, structure, and ownership.
    • Fluent in English; confident holding warm, natural conversations with candidates.
    • Positive, fastmoving, and detailoriented personality who thrives in a small, handson team.
