Preparing and maintaining documents (i.e. Quotation, Performa Invoice, Sales Order etc.) in line with the received customer inquiry & purchase order.

Coordinating with supplier for stock availability, confirmed orders, shipping documents etc.
Coordinating with sample room for sample stock availability, samples to be prepared & delivered.
Checking all mentioned terms and conditions on all supplier, customer documents i.e Payment terms, quantity, amount, shipment details, other conditions,
Keeping self in loop/ update until material is successfully delivered/ collected to/by the client.
Updating all data into the system/ ERP (Focus).
Coordinating for Mockups and samples.
Follow up with clients for payments (especially in case of LC).
Maintaining and enhancing good relationship with external clients.
Coordinating and handling claim issues (material quantity/ quality) between customer and supplier.
Maintain a tracking record for all incoming and outgoing mail.
Coordinate and assist team for back office work support (appointments, documents, calls, mails, etc.) and maintain routine planner for the team
Coordination with departments like Accounts, logistics & HR
Assisting team for other day to day operations as and when required.
