Position Summary

  • Analyze customers and the market and find the best solution for the customer by engaging with them.
  • Propose, negotiate, and sell solutions best fit for the customer.
Role and Responsibilities


[Solution strategy development and proposal] Develop strategies that consider the price and scale for selling the solution and make proposals to the customer.


[Customer and market analysis] Understand the technology and solutions required in the region or by the customer and determine the solutions that will sell.


[Solution identification] Drive the identification of solutions that can be sold through Samsung and third party sellers based on analysis.

4. [Post-sales management] Manage the post-sales activities after selling the solution, such as stabilization, customizing, and dealing with customer claims.


[Identify solution business model and opportunities] Drive the grouping of solutions and products into packages, development of business models to offer to customers, and identification of business opportunities through preemptive solution proposals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an indepth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
  • May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing
  • Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
