- Assist in the day-to-day HRoperations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, andmaintaining personnel records.
- Participate inemployee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positiveworkplace culture.

- Assist in the creation of trainingmaterials and resources.
- Coordinate andschedule employee development sessions.
- Addressemployee inquiries related to payroll andbenefits.
- Support the Total Rewards team in thedevelopment and enhancement of payroll-related policies andprograms.
- Currently pursuing a degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
- Strong interest in HR, with a desire togain practical experience in various HRfunctions.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented withstrong organizational abilities.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite.
