    • Assist in the creation of trainingmaterials and resources.
    • Coordinate andschedule employee development sessions.
    • Addressemployee inquiries related to payroll andbenefits.
    • Support the Total Rewards team in thedevelopment and enhancement of payroll-related policies andprograms.

    • Currently pursuing a degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
    • Strong interest in HR, with a desire togain practical experience in various HRfunctions.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented withstrong organizational abilities.
    • Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite.
