JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets within given time limits in a monthly, quarterly, and annual period.
  • Provide excellent customer services to clients
  • Maintain positive and healthy professional relationships with technical teams
  • Acquire product knowledge and keep updated with any product or market changes
  • Possess market knowledge and intelligence
  • Keep abreast with insurance market news, changing regulations, and competitor movements and products
  • Submit daily, monthly, and quarterly activity and production reports to management
  • Use

QMS :
maintain log of client's visits, prospect lists and enquiries submitted

  • Responsible for the collection of and any outstanding premiums

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • 3 to 4 years UAE Outdoor experience
  • A valid UAE driving license
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to make sound business decisions
  • Previous UAE insurance experience will be an advantage

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- business development executive: 3 years (preferred)
Business Developments: 1 year (preferred)


License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (preferred)
