Job summary
Direct site supervision for roads infrastructure and dry utility works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications Coordinate daily activities with the Resident Engineer to maintain consistency and construction integrity Review shop drawings design proposals method statements material submittals and RFIs related to road and utility works Maintain daily diaries and reports for site activities supervise reporting by site teams Coordinate with the contractor on scheduling effective deployment of resources Lead monitor performance of site engineers inspectors surveyors Coordinate with the Resident Engineer contractors relevant authorities on approvals site issues Supervise review report progress of road associated works Liaise stakeholders ensure site safety quality objectives met Attend regular meetings related roadworks utilities Ensure timely exchange correspondence approvals accurate record keeping Enforce safety procedures participate health safety initiatives comply risk management requirements Provide onsite technical direction for roadworks utilities related activities Measure completed works track progress against program prepare reports Ensure accuracy completeness as-built drawings within discipline scope
