    www.alfuttaim.comAbout the RoleThe responsibilities of the inventory analyst include managing inventory items, controlling day-to-day inventory operations, and make sure that the organization purchases enough goods or materials to satisfy customer.

    ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual summaries related to inventory accuracy.coordinate with warehouse team on planning and scheduling pickups and distribution of inventory items to the store.

    Maintains records regarding inventory control, intake and sales.
    Updating and maintaining inventory system.perform regular inventory counts and verify the numbers against shipping and receiving logs.
    Prepare balance sheet reconciliation for inventory account and analysis.
    Assist with creating and implementing SOPs for receiving, purchasing, and inventory processes.
    Maintain proper filing and documentation of the Inventory Dept.
    Other ad hoc duties.

    RequirementsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.1-3 years' experience in an inventory management or supply chain-based role.

    Demonstrated knowledge of SAP ERP Systems.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    High level of attention to detail.
    Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
    Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
    Demonstrates logical analysis and problem solving skills.
