Description
Experience, Education & CompetenciesDiploma in Hotel Management or Tourism or any equivalentMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in Housekeeping / 1 year experience in similar role and/or experience in any customer-focused related in the Hotel industry.
Knowledge of OPERA PMS system, Excel and Words strongly preferred Extensive knowledge of Housekeeping policies and proceduresProfessional in presentation and demeanor.
Positive attitude and good communication skills both written and verbal
