Description

We are hiring a Project Coordinator with experinece in ELV systems for our office in Abu Dhabi Reem Island, who will be following up the mentioned tasks.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Proactively coordinating projects and acting as a central point of contract for the project including the clients

Ø Responsible for doing Sample-Board request

Ø Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information

Ø Ensure the successful implementation and quality outputs of the project, implementation of all activities of the project plan and providing adequate follow up and supervision

Ø Coordinating between all the various departments which are at work in the project

Ø Liaising with the clients, suppliers and other staff

Ø Helping in the execution of the projects

Ø Reporting to the management on the development and the progress of the projects

Ø Evaluation and monitoring of projects progress at all stages of the project

Ø Follow up all procurement and financial issues related to the project

Ø Coordinates with the project sales executive, store, accounts and other departments on regards to delivery of materials, suppliers and PO'S

Ø Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents

Ø Maintain databases

Ø Handle incoming mail and other materials

Ø Carrying out background research and presenting findings

Ø Making quotation, submittals, etc.

Ø In charge for work order, material request, sample request, sample board request

Ø Responsible for sending request for quotation to Abu Dhabi, orders of items for showroom, sample or projects; and at the same time following up shipments and delivery schedule

Ø Preparing invoice and delivery notes in the absence of the accountant

Ø Ensure enquiries are quoted accordingly

Ø Prepare quarterly progress report as required

Ø Reporting to the higher management about the task and activities of the team on daily basis

Ø Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by the management

Ø Prepare and Manage Documents as per ISO Standard

Ø Internal Audit for ISO as required

Ø Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by the management

Ø Effective verbal and listening communication skills.

Ø Computer skills including the ability to operate computer, spreadsheet, and word processing program, at highly proficient level.

Ø Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties and responsibilities.

Salary:
AED4, AED4,500.00 per month
