Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Content & Media Producer to drive engaging multimedia storytelling across our digital and marketing platforms.
This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who combines strong production expertise with creative strategy to produce compelling brand content.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Editing
Capture professional-grade video footage using industry-standard equipment.
Edit and enhance video content with color correction, sound design, motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
Optimize content for various platforms (social media, website, presentations) with appropriate formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions.
Content Development & Storytelling
Develop compelling storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts.
Align content with brand strategy, marketing objectives, and audience insights.
Ensure consistency in typography, visual identity, and overall brand language.
Collaboration & Project Management
Work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Present creative concepts effectively and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Innovation & Industry Trends
Stay updated on video production technologies, digital trends, and social media best practices.
Continuously enhance creative and technical capabilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, and content creation.
Experience in corporate or brand-focused content production is an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Rush, Photoshop).
Strong knowledge of motion graphics, animation, video editing, and post-production workflows.
Experience with camera operation, lighting setups, and sound recording techniques.
Understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and brand-driven visual strategy.
Basic knowledge of photography, graphic design, and 3D modelling is a plus.
