Description
Day to day duties and responsibilities;
- has 2-3 years real estate experience
- Point of contact for all leads and potential clients.
- Sends daily report to its Line Manager
- Assessing client requirements and ensuring that these are met.
- Setting customer service standards
- Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
- Suggesting improvements to the company infrastructure and processes to prevent future mistakes.
- Making sure that agents update their leads in Almira CRM in a timely manner.
- Working with other members of the real estate team, like agents, to ensure that the transaction goes smoothly.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Quality Assurance: 2 years (preferred)
