The HR Business Partner (HRBP) & Talent Acquisition Strategist will serve as a strategic partner to the business units in the UAE,aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives and driving organizational performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand business needs and develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies that support business growth and a high-performance culture.
