Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by executing on a strategic plan that includes both new business development and account managementDevelop and maintain relationships with potential and current clients through regular communication, site visits, and entertainmentUnderstand client needs and objectives in order to recommend the best possible event solutionsProactively manage the entire sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and post-event follow upServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all needs are met in a timely and efficient mannerStay abreast of industry trends and innovations in order to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions that meet their ever-changing needs


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field5+ years experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotasExperience managing a sales team and developing sales strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
