    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

    2.3 years' experience in Project cost control.

    3.Cost control techniques and software skills.

    4.Skills in communication, planning follow up, team work, cost analysis.

    5.Good personality & character

    6.Fluent in written and spoken English

    7.Computer literate with familiarity of major software's related to data handling and cost control systems.

    8.Commercial, financial and accounting terms awareness and Knowledge.


    ACCOUNTABILITI ES
    1.Understands project estimates (CHOD).

    2.Coordinate with all concerned parties and Collect/verify necessary feedback/ information, using feedback system, for budget & cost control reports preparation.

    3.Assists in project budget & cost control reports preparation & compilation using Cost control system, software & procedure.

    4.Assist in generation of project valid cost codes with applicable CBS.

    5.Calculate actual value of work done (Cost & income) & forecast cost.

    6.Check cost code allocation and ensure correctness.

    7.Review all projects purchase orders and service orders (Compare same with budget value & ensure proper cost code)

    8.Review invoices and ensure compliance with contract / actual return along with cost code allocation.

    9.Resume the duty of Sr. CCE during his absence.

    10.Integrate projects data and generate management reports in coordination with all Planning Engineers, cost control engineers and operating centres.
