- Create, mix and serve alcoholic beverages and food to guests.
- Ensure proper storage of liquor, fruit and equipment.
- Plan drink menus and inform guests about new beverages and specials.
- Record inventory and ordering supplies of the bar.
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions and balancing the cash register.
- Warm and engaging personality.
- Previous experience as a Bartender, mixology skills is an asset.
- Hospitality background is preferred.
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
