Position Overview:


The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1.


Prospect and Generate Leads:


  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on potential value and strategic fit.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:


  • Conduct product or service demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Present proposals and negotiate terms to close sales deals.

Sales Strategy Development:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and devise tactics to capitalize on them.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:


  • Track and report sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Customer Service and Support:


  • Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to foster longterm relationships.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:


  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide feedback from clients to inform product/service enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month


Experience:

- sales: 1 year (required)


Language:


  • English (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving Licence (preferred)
