Specialist who can
assist InZone clients in terms of the operations of company formation, bank
accounts, company renewals, tax invoicing, etc.<\/span>
<\/p>
Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/p>
• Execute
company formation and associated residency processes on behalf of InZone
clients in a timely manner and according to clients' requirements.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Handle
license renewals for existing InZone clients and update company renewal
reminders on the portal.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Prepare
compliance check documents and send them to InZone compliance officer for
review.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Coordinate
and manage daily correspondence from clients and relevant authorities.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Meet with
clients if and when required and providing them with information about various
services' process and cost.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Issuing
invoices to InZone clients and filing tax invoices in both hard and soft
copies.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Maintain
up to date soft and hard copies for all relevant documents.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Effectively manage the clients' accounts and support with providing additional
services based on potential revenue targets set by Line Manager<\/span>
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>
Requirements:<\/b><\/span>

<\/div>
• Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field<\/span>
<\/p>
• Minimum 1+
years of extensive experience of working with a Free Zone or a Corporate
Services Provider in the UAE.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Strong
sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with demonstrated history of
converting leads.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Good sales
planning skills.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Highly
structured and detail oriented.<\/span>
<\/p>
• Ability to
work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines<\/span>
