    Job Description
    • Be responsible for coordinating events which includes liaising with the client, preparing & distributing event orders and following the hotel billing procedure
    • Conduct site inspections with clients & suppliers
    • Respond to enquiries and prepare quotations based on the client needs covering food & beverage and hotel accommodation
    • Build relationships and converting business
    • Liaise with the Hotel operational teams to ensure exceptional service & successful events are achieved.
    Qualifications

    College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

    • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role

    • Passion for leadership and teamwork.

    • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.

    • Excellent guest service skills.
